The miracle within ourselves 

What we know is to use the knowledge what we know and “is there any surprise here ? “., obviously NO !!

We many times wonder with pain why certain things happen to us only ?! …it may be …not getting a salary hike , or there is no fun in. Life … or the life is monotonous…and so on …  the miracle is not in going through the pain .. the miracle is discovering the treasure beyond the pain ..!!! 

If we are present to the miracle in our life .. every moment can be a discovery.. and every moment can be joyful .. fun and exciting.,,and it is a bliss !!!

Moving to step 3 ~ Step 6

Performer responds to customer requests, the performer may accepts or decline, the most important aspect is “Conditions of Satisfaction” ,  if the conditions of satisfaction is not clear,  the intended results are not clear. [ How about when we communicate, we clearly communicate as requester or clarify the conditions of satisfaction before accepting the request ]

this leads to the commitment of both parties to fulfill the conditions of satisfaction. The word “commitment” means dedicated to cause !!  … When we are dedicated to fulfill the conditions of satisfaction, certainly there is an action and the action produces results, which results in greater performance.

When both parties requester and performer evaluates the results, which has met the conditions of satisfaction, what is left behind ?….. Satisfaction, Performance, fulfillment….

Look at this cycle of commitment in your relationship,work, happiness, expressing yourselves with others…

Have great conversations that produces results !!!

 

 

 

 

Conversations that produce results (1) !!

It is a bit of research on Conversations, digging into researches done by F.Flores who formulated “Conversations for Actions”, eliciting the  model of conversation, which will help us to be aware of the basic elements of “conversations” which produce results…and all other conversations considered to be NOT spoken. These models are widely adapted in performance coaching and as well as designing of workflow systems in computers. I will bring out few blogs on this which will be helpful to empower our lives…

Where does “Creativity” exist ?

Where does “creativity” exists?it is a bit skewed question…!!

We think sometimes we are not creative, someone else is creative? So does creativity exists within us? Or any other human beings? It looks like so…But a closer look…reveals…opportunity for creativity exists in

“Differences….differences of thoughts, actions, views”

“Not achieving desired results”

“Unreachable goals, desires, materials, goods”

 

In reality do we encourage difference of thoughts, views, and actions; do we take a closer at the missing piece of the failures..?!  What do we like?!

 

 

 

the desire….of a common man…and the leadership in every one…

There are desires…desires…every where and with every one…

When I saw a daily wages illiterate employee sending his son to English school in a rural place…I sincerely admired his desire…of taking a big step…to contribute something for his family….at the same time…a flash of thought..it is going to take another 15 to 20 years to see the fruits of his effort and see his son settling down somewhere….but his desire is so strong…

It is a good feeling for me…to admire him…and most importantly there is a longing feeling within me to do something about this..the least I have done…I have started talking about thi ss to few people…and most of the people whomever I have spoken is ready to support this social cause…this is great demonstration of leadership within every one…to stand for a cause…
